- Designated Account Manager: Thinkmate offers the option to work directly with a designated account manager to obtain personalized service. By developing a personal relationship with an account manager, we can help you to find a better cost effective solution for your individual needs. Our representatives are continually trained in order to offer our clients the best advice possible. This personal touch allows for us to answer any technical questions you have and guide you to make appropriate decisions for your organization.
- Drive Imaging: We also offer drive imaging, or "ghosting", as another service. If you order multiple identical systems with the same drive configuration, we can build all of your machines with the same image. You can configure one drive and send us the image and we will configure every system the exact same way. This allows your system administrator to deploy the machines much quicker and more efficiently.
- Nation-wide Deployment: We can make your purchasing easy and accommodating. We have the ability to keep a database of all of your locations and ship directly to each individual location. This means your purchasing can all be done with one phone call! We can take multiple orders and ship to multiple locations in one easy step, saving you both time and money.
